WHAT’S A SCENARIO? CAN I CHOOSE THEM?
Scenario means props + background. Yes, you can send me any Pinterest photo you like and I’ll use it as inspo. You can also send me your mood board and/or shoot list.

CAN YOU DO A DIFFERENT STYLE FROM THE ONE ON YOUR PHOTOS?
Yes, I can do almost anything you ask for, just let me know beforehand!

WHERE DO I SHIP THE PRODUCTS?
My studio is currently located in Syracuse, NY.

CAN YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS BACK?
Yes, if you want your products shipped back, make sure you include the return label inside the package.

DO YOU COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS?
I do not. You will be in charge of all the shipping process.

WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Approximately 2 weeks since delivery day.

I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT COMES IN DIFFERENT VARIATIONS, HOW DO WE COUNT THAT?
Every product that needs to be photographed on its own scenario counts as 1 product. With every package, you get around 10 photos per scenario. If you have variations that can fit on those 10 photos and can share the same scenario, then we can count it as 1 product.

CAN WE GET THE RAW PHOTOS SO WE CAN RE-EDIT THEM?
I don’t provide raw photos. My full job consists of shooting and delivering fully edited photos. That is my presentation card so I can’t provide you half-done work. Please don’t re-edit the photos. Please don’t modify them with AI. Modifying a photographer’s work is the same thing as if someone modified your products and sold them with your label on them.

DO YOU RE-SHOOT THE PHOTOS?
No. There’s a lot of work and hours behind every project. Please be 100% clear with your expectations beforehand. Once the photos are done, you will need to pay extra to redo them.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
To save your slot I require the full payment upfront, once received, we’ll start working on a mood bard, you can ship your products and then we start the production.

HOW DO I PAY?
You can send your payment via Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp or Card (fees may apply).
