TERMS & CONDITIONS

Product Photography & Video

Turnaround time is 15 days since the day your products get delivered. If your package is bigger than the Unlimited Package, turnaround time might be longer.

Creative Direction

• Content is produced based on your mood board or a concept developed together.

• If creative direction is unclear, artistic decisions will be made at my discretion.

• Shoots are not repeated. Additional images or scenarios incur extra charges.

• Each product includes one setup/scenario and approximately 10 images.

• Group shots count as one product/scenario.

Payments, Refunds & Usage

• Full payment is required upfront, prior to or at the time of shipping products.

• No refunds unless Manu Vacca | Photo & Branding cannot complete the work due to illness or a major health issue.

• RAW files are not provided.

• AI modification of delivered images is strictly prohibited.

• Lightroom editing is included; Photoshop retouching is available at an additional cost.

• All services must be claimed and scheduled within 2 months of payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no refund.

Shipping

• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs and courier selection.

• I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

• Return shipping is not included; a prepaid label must be provided inside the box if you need the products back or else the products will be disposed.

• All products must be shipped together; each shipment counts as one session.

• Products and labels must arrive clean; damaged labels may incur additional retouching fees.

• Clients are solely responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees related to shipping products or materials.

Graphic Design & Social Media Design/Management

Payments & Refunds

• All services are paid upfront. Monthly services are billed in advance.

• No refunds unless Manu Vacca | Photo & Branding cannot complete the work due to illness or a major health issue.

• No refunds for change of mind or discontinued services.

• All services must be claimed and scheduled within 2 months of payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no refund.

Deliverables & Revisions

• Packages include the full scope of services outlined, not individual assets.

• Turnaround time is max 2 weeks.

• Clients must provide all required materials to complete the work.

• Editable/source files are not included unless purchased separately.

• Up to three rounds of revisions are included.

• Once final content is approved and scheduled (if applicable), no further changes can be made.

Social Photography & Video

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will require a new deposit.

Payments & Refunds

• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the session, without exception.

• No refunds will be issued unless Manu Vacca | Photo & Branding is unable to complete the service due to illness or a major health issue.

• All services must be claimed and scheduled within 2 months of payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no refund.

Editing & Style

• Please review my portfolio prior to booking. Each photographer has a distinct style.

• Specific editing requests must be communicated before the session.

• RAW files are not provided.

• Lightroom editing is included; additional Photoshop retouching is available at an extra cost.
